What Are Different Kinds of Yoga Programs?

The scale kept going up and Mark decided he needed to make some changes. His doctor said he needed to lose 30 pounds and recommended yoga as one of his options. He also suggested several  shapeshifter  yoga programs in the area that were offered at a local wellness center. Mark went to the YMCA and met with the instructor, finding out what he needed for the class.

When Mark told his wife Jane about his plan, she got excited and decided to join him. They looked up the time for the beginner yoga class, as well as purchased the appropriate yoga clothing and yoga mats. It was going to be an activity they could do as a couple, while helping them to lose weight and tone their bodies.
